PRINCIPAL

MICHAEL DIANI

Prior to focusing on single-family residential and small-scale commercial projects in Austin TX, principal Michael Diani worked on a diverse range of projects in New York City and New Jersey. The bulk of Michael’s experience outside of Austin lies in small to mid-size mixed-use projects in Asbury Park NJ, and multiple gut renovation and addition projects in and around NYC. Michael’s areas of expertise lie in schematic design, budget management, value engineering, construction management, building code review, and he particularly thrives when working on complex projects that present multiple opportunities for problem-solving. Over the course of his career, Michael has carefully and intentionally chosen to work at smaller sized firms so that he is able to be highly involved in each project he works on from start to finish. High levels of diverse responsibility early on and since have helped him add to his overall experience.
