1322 E12, our four-story mixed-use building on the 12th St corridor, close to downtown, at the northwest corner of East 12th and Angelina streets, is complete!
The site consists of a 46,000 square foot, four-story building fronting 12th St, covered surface parking accessed from the alley, and an engaging streetscape designed by Studio Balcones.
The building consists of approximately 8,500 square feet of (available | divisible) commercial tenant space on the ground floor and approximately 30,000 square feet of residential condos above. The 24 residential units, 10% of which are affordable, consist of a mix of one-bedroom, two bedrooms, and efficiency units, spread across the upper three stories.
