The Brentwood Residences were designed and built by KRDB. This development project consists of four buildings on two duplex size city lots. Each lot contains a new 1950 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath main dwelling (A), with an 850 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bath secondary dwelling (B) unit at the rear.
